By creating an account or using DealLocker, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

DealLocker provides deal analysis, inventory tracking, alerts, and market research tools for resellers. AI-generated insights are informational and should not be the sole basis for buying decisions.

Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate account details, maintain the security of your credentials, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: automated scraping, circumventing rate limits, sharing account credentials, or using DealLocker for unlawful purposes.

Billing & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability

DealLocker is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for losses arising from marketplace decisions, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All DealLocker content, design, and code are owned by DealLocker. Your data remains yours. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@deallocker.xyz.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
